Role of a Problem Manager

As Problems are an integral part of any service, a prompt and proper resolution is of utmost importance. As a result, the role of a Problem Manager is that of high visibility and pressure.

The Problem Manager is responsible for Problem Management within the organization. Larger organizations will have teams of Problem Managers. It is important that the Problem Manager can call on staff from a wide variety of support groups when tackling Problems.
